Toi Reishi
Toi Reishi is a dietary health food supplement.
Each TOI Reishi bottle contains 60 (250mg) capsules of red reishi essence extracted from the dried fruiting body of superior quality red reishi mushrooms.

Ingredients (per capsule)
Red Reishi mushroom extract (Ganoderma Lucidum) (cap) - 62.5 mg
(16.6:1 extract; dry equivalent of 1.04 g/capsule)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: dextrin, gelatin capsule.
Directions:
For preventative purposes, please take 1 - 2 capsules daily.
For individuals with health concerns, please take 2-4 capsules daily.
* It is recommended to take your daily dosage with Vitamin C for better absorption.
Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal symptoms and/or dry nose and mouth. Consult a health care practitioner if these symptoms persist.
Storage Instructions:
