Office Assistant

Nikkei (Canada) Marketing Limited is a marketing and distribution company dedicated to introducing superior and innovative health and food products. Located in Richmond, BC, we are seeking a full-time Office Assistant, who is fluent in multi-languages, to immediately join our team.

The Office Assistant will be asked to perform the following duties but is not limited to:

  • Manage phone line and voicemail inbox
  • Manage customer service emails and other correspondences
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform basic administrative tasks
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with conferences and meetings
  • Monitor postage and long distance calls
  • Update database and generate reports
  • Arrange courier and mailing services

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
  • Punctuality
  • Ability to adapt and think quickly
  • Team player

Required Languages:

  • Fluency in English (conversational, reading and writing)
  • Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin (conversational, reading and writing)

Not Required Languages, but beneficial:

  • French
  • Japanese
  • Vietnamese

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Administrative Support: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
